EatSnapAI provides AI-powered food recognition and nutritional tracking services. Our app allows you to:

• Track daily calorie and macronutrient intake.
• Set and monitor nutrition goals.

• Manually log food items and water intake.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of EatSnapAI, you agree to:

• Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Subscription & Payments

EatSnapAI offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require an active subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
• Prices may change with advance notice to subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of EatSnapAI are owned by EatSnapAI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your personal data, food analysis history, and account information from our servers.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
