These terms govern access to EatSnapAI, including the mobile application, public Telegram entry points, and the landing pages hosted on eatsnapai.ru.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EatSnapAI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

EatSnapAI provides AI-powered food recognition, nutrition tracking and coaching tools. The service may include:

  • Photo-based food analysis.
  • Daily calorie and macronutrient tracking.
  • Hydration and weight logging.
  • AI Coach for nutrition questions, goals and progress.
  • Daily nutrition summaries, weekly AI reports and meal plans on paid tiers.
  • Telegram bot access, mobile application access and public landing pages.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use the service only for lawful personal purposes.

  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.
  • Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or irrelevant content.
  • Do not use EatSnapAI as a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. Accuracy and Limitations

AI recognition and nutrition estimates are approximate. Results should be treated as informational and not as medical guidance or a guaranteed nutritional calculation.

5. Subscription and Payments

EatSnapAI may offer free and paid subscription tiers such as Plus and Pro.

  • Russian web checkout may be processed through YooKassa on the Russian landing page.
  • Other payment channels, if available, may be processed through mobile platform billing.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and availability may change with advance notice where required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and branding related to EatSnapAI remain the property of EatSnapAI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account from inside the application. Account deletion permanently removes account data, subject to legal and operational retention obligations.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe the user violates these terms or harms the service, other users, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.
